At Smart Choice we offer customized application, enrollment and lottery options to our clients but our most prized offering is a high level of customer service and satisfaction. As a way to increase our service and satisfaction level, we implemented the use of an online Help Desk for our clients in the fall of 2015. This online portal allows Smart Choice clients to submit and manage tickets, issues, requests and more all in one place at any time of the day. In addition to ticket submission clients have access to numerous “Solutions” helping answer day to day questions and making use of the system more efficient.
Today we hit a milestone and have received and resolved and our 5000th support request!
