As a mother of three, Cady understands the importance of both a user-friendly application process for parents as well as a streamlined management system for administrators. She is driven to help make the transition from paper applications to an online process as seamless as possible while cultivating meaningful professional relationships with our clients.
Cady has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from Louisiana State University as well as 15 years of customer service experience. Her combination of interpersonal communication skills and flair for organizational strategy make her a valuable member of the SmartChoice Team.
