Elizabeth Briney has been an Account Manager for Smart Choice for over 2 years specializing in customer service.
She trains and coaches school administrators through the Smart Choice system implementation process and ongoing support. She brings over 10 years of experience in customer service to her work at Smart Choice making the shift from paper applications and hand drawn lotteries to a more streamlined online system easy for her clients.
In the past, Elizabeth worked as a community relations expert for an assisted living facility where her main goal was to guide families through the difficulties of making a major life change. Here she honed her craft in finding the right solution for each person and has applied this skill to her work with Smart Choice.
She has a degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Marketing and as a parent to a new Kindergartner, she has seen the school admission process from both an administrator’s perspective as well as a parent.
