Communication with parents is often the most important part of the application, registration and selection process for most of our clients. While our system offers automated email notifications as well as optional text messaging features, there is always the chance that the parent can’t remember their email or can’t access their email to review important notifications.
With the all new “Parent Inbox” feature parents are able to view their notifications directly from their Smart Choice parent account. Once logged in parents will see the option to view “Messages” with a simple to identify icon when there are new messages in their inbox.
Once clicked the inbox will showcase all messages sent to the parent with details like the date and time sent, the subject of the message as well as the student that the message pertains to. Parents can easily check their messages from this internal inbox or their email account.
