Parents can easily create an account and apply for early childhood education programs within the Smart Choice system, or they can login to their existing account and begin the application process. Often the schools or programs available to parents for Early Childhood Education (ECE) may be based on a series of complex parameters like income, age and more.
The Smart Choice System can take into account your state and region’s requirements and present to parents only the schools and programs they qualify for based on the parameters set.
Once application forms are submitted, administrators can review and manage applicant data, track requirements or deliverables and assign priorities, preferences or weights to the applicants based on the rules and placement processes in the district or organization.
Administrators also have access to our Lottery and Wait List component for placement and selection of students based on program rules and requirements. Administrators can easily filter and sort new and existing students, can easily create reports, and more.
All of the tools described in the Administrative Component are used to manage all facets of the application and selection process for ECE programs; form creation and management, user management, custom reporting, program management, and more.
